Our service is specifically tailored to the requirements of nanny employers. We will run your nanny payroll accurately and efficiently with the minimum time commitment from you and with the minimum amount of fuss.

For an annual fee, we will set up and run your nanny payroll for you. We will:

register you as an employer

set up and run a PAYE scheme and keep nanny payroll records

act as your agent with the Inland Revenue, so all correspondence from them will be sent to us

process your nanny's P45/P46 and, if necessary, trace her tax code
- provide you with payslips every pay period for you to give to your nanny

calculate the tax and national insurance you have to pay and provide quarterly summaries so you can see at a glance the amounts due to the Revenue as well as when and how to pay

deal with any student loan deductions and/or attachment of earnings orders (eg for unpaid debts, Council Tax, fines etc)

complete and file with the Revenue your end-of-tax-year employer returns including your P14, P35 and, if necessary, a P11D. It is now compulsory for employers to file these documents online with the Revenue - Taxcare for Nannies is authorised by the Revenue to do this for clients, and has been filing online for a number of years now

provide your nanny with a P60 at the end of the tax year

provide your nanny with a P45 if she leaves your employment

- whether you should agree a net or a gross amount of pay with your nanny
- statutory sick pay as well as statutory maternity, paternity and adoption pay
