Fees
For a fixed annual fee we provide a complete payroll service. For monthly payslips, the fee is £120, and for weekly or fortnightly payslips it is £175. And with us there are no hidden extras.
If your nanny doesn’t have a P45 when she joins you, there is no extra charge. If your nanny leaves during the year and you subsequently start working with a new nanny, there is no extra charge for all the admin that generates. If your nanny receives a pay rise, is off sick, goes on maternity leave, receives a bonus or overtime payments, goes on holiday, takes paid or unpaid leave, there is no extra charge. Whatever happens, there is no extra charge.
We are registered with the Revenue to file documents online. It is compulsory for employers' end-of-year returns to be filed online and soon other documents, such as P45s and P46s, will have to be filed this way too. Taxcare for Nannies will deal with all this for you.
Not sure you will need a full year’s service? Then why not register for our 3-month service? 3 monthly payslips will be provided for £70, with each monthly payslip thereafter at £25. If you pay your nanny weekly, then the fee will be £110 for 13 weekly payslips, with each subsequent weekly payslip costing £10.
And after your subscription ends if you still need someone to deal with your end-of-year employer returns for you when the time comes or to provide your employee with a P60, then we can do that too. Just contact us for more information.
