We retain all electronic and paper records prepared on behalf of a client for six years after the end of the tax year to which they relate, and copies can be provided at any time if requested by our client. 
We aim to keep our service as kind to the environment as possible and that includes operating in as paperless a manner as possible.
For those with easy email access, we offer a virtually paperfree system, emailing all correspondence to you in pdf format, including payslips and Revenue documentation. All documents are in industry-standard formats. Samples are available on request.
For those who prefer paper copies, these are readily available and sent by first class post.
All email communication is stored securely and electronically (and backed up off-site) and is not printed out unless absolutely necessary.
Your personal and financial information, and that of your nanny, are secure with us. Taxcare for Nannies operates in compliance with data protection legislation. We do not provide information to any third parties (save for HM Revenue and Customs and other bodies when required by law to do so or in order to perform our service to you).
We have a secure off-site back-up of our data and all financial and personal data is encrypted for added security. When it is necessary to delete data, we operate a secure deletion service for computerised data and all paper records are security shredded.
